Order Tracker


Once you place your order the package will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Any order modification must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once your order ships, any update with tracking details will displayed.

At Omni Esk8, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept Apply Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal Payment. 

If a package were to be checked by the customs office of the customer's country, customers have to cover for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

In addition, some products may require a special license or permit to import. Omni Esk8 is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in the country where the customer is located.

Customs varies from country to country, please comment while you are placing order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. Customers will be charged an 10% processing fee for all canceled orders. 

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted through online chat or an email will have to be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. Please contact us at if you did not receive the follow-up email.  

Occasionally, particular items may sell out quickly or be labeled as eligible for preorder,hence backorders occur.

If you are in that situation, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time by email as soon as possible and you will be given the option to:
1. select a new item
2. request to be placed on a priority wait-list to receive the product once it available
3. cancel the original order

You will be first in line for the new inventory once the items become available.


Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

For all orders over $50, we will cover the shipping.

We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Most cases of delays will be caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carried delays. Make sure you get all the information available, so that you calculate the shipping time and spot potential pitfalls.

Please contact us without any hesitation. It would be appreciated that notify us of any missing item or mistake within 3 business days of receiving order, so that we would effectively make it right for you.



Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:

-The items have not been shipped/signed, and the express company can intercept the package.

-Items must be in unused condition, in it’s original packaging with the original invoice (if included).

-Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
