1. What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

At Omni Esk8, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept Apply Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal Payment. 

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

2. Why was my credit card payment declined?

• Please verify that the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and all other entered information are accurate.
• Additionally, ensure that you have sufficient credit remaining on your card to complete the purchase.
• If the payment is still declined, it is possible that our system's defense mechanism against fraud is preventing the transaction. In such cases, you can attempt to contact the card issuer to authorize the payment or utilize an alternative card.

Consider exploring alternative payment methods like Papal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay as well.

3. How to pay with credit/debit card through PayPal?

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

Step 1. Select PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account)

Step 2. Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"

Step 3. Fill in your credit card info and complete your order.

4. How to pay with other payment methods?

We do accept the payment above when making a purchase. In some cases, certain payment methods(e.g. Financial plan, down payment) are temporarily unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience may caused.
