1. General Information

All the orders are subject to stock availability. If unavailable items, we will notify you of the shipping time and other details via email All the orders will get shipped from our Chinese factory and overseas warehouses.

2. Shipping Carriers

Omni Esk8 ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large items.

3. Addresses to Which We Ship / Shipping Time

We ship skateboard parts worldwide, including but not limited to: the 48 continental U.S. states, EU countries, Canada, and Australia. If your address or location isn’t supported when checking out, please send us an email at and we will do our best to help.

Please note that P.O. box and incorrect mailing addresses are unacceptable when ordering.

Orders will be processed within 2 hours during working days. Packages will be handed over to logistic companies within 1-3 business days. The tracking number of your order will be provided to you by email after the shipment is shipped out and documented, typically in 3-5 business days.

Omni Esk8 covers taxes for customers from the United State and other European countries. If a package were to be checked by the customs office of other uncovered countries, customers have to cover the import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

In addition, some products may require a special license or permit to import. Omni Esk8 is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in the country where the customer is located.

5. How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our relevant staff will get in touch with you immediately. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item. Feel free to reach out to us at for additional help.
Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been delivered.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged or mishandled while in transport. Please open the parcel in post officer's presence, if the parcel damaged, please ask the express or post office to provide an official document and make the compliant on the spot. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at with next steps.

7. Tracking Orders

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
